We run all Virtual Credit cards utilizing your practice's payment processing system.
We post all online patient payments utilizing your practice's payment processing system and perform bi-weekly audits to ensure nothing is missed.
We provide detailed reporting based on what is available from your software on patient accounts that are ready for third party collections turn over.
We ensure that patient statements are being sent out and are correct. We also have a dedicated phone line for patients to call with any billing questions. Our team has the knowledge to discuss the patients account with them and help resolve any issues with outstanding balances.
