Errors that occur in the front and back offices affect billing and we work closely with staff to ensure claims are sent over clean.  We provide training classes for a small charge and work one on one with management.

Honesty: We provide transparency about your claims regardless of the issues.  We want to work with the practice and inform you of claim issues and concerns. This is why we meet with each billing manager, or billing staff weekly or bi-weekly to discuss your account.

We offer either percentage of net revenue plans, or flat fee packages depending on the size of your net revenue.
